We deliver files — you host, deploy, and manage your domain

We build the guide and deliver it as packaged HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files. Your team uploads them to your own hosting environment, manages your domain, and handles SSL. When content changes, we deliver new files and your team deploys them.

What we handle

  • Initial build and file delivery
  • New file packages when content updates are needed

What you’ll manage

  • Your own hosting (e.g. AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage, or standard web hosting)
  • File uploads whenever we deliver a new version
  • Your domain — registration, DNS, and SSL

Good for

Organisations with strong internal infrastructure capability that want full technical ownership and the lowest possible ongoing cost. Best suited to guides where content changes infrequently and analytics are not a priority.

No analytics, and no domain support from us. Visibility into how employees engage with the guide isn’t available with this option. Domain management is entirely your responsibility.
